EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

In the event that you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you, including shipping costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a shipping type other than standard shipping we offer you), without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which we have received the communication of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make said reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed another means with you; in any event, you will not incur additional expenses as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have credited us that you have returned them, whichever comes first.

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with the provisions of the contract, you should contact us immediately through our contact channels providing the product data as well as the damage that it suffers, either by WhatsApp or by calling the number 693 104 464 where we will indicate the way to proceed.

We will proceed to carefully examine the problem and we will notify you by e-mail within a maximum period of fifteen days from when the incident is notified if the refund or replacement of the same is appropriate (if applicable). The refund or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 15 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item is appropriate.

The transport costs motivated by the return of those products that present any defect or defect, when it really exists, will be fully reimbursed, The return will be made in the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase,
